Education - Academic & Pastoral
The Senior School encompasses Years 10, 11 and 12. Senior school students are presented with a wide range of programs that provide challenging educational opportunities designed to meet their individual needs and prepare them for life beyond school.
The students become engaged in the pursuit of academic achievement that is appropriate for each boy. The quality of the academic learning at Aquinas is reflected in the number of our students who progress to tertiary study. The College also offers programs and courses which provide alternatives for students planning careers that involve other post-secondary education or training, such as INSTEP, which includes practical work experience.
The pastoral care in the Senior School is focused on the House system which supports the overall development of students in a nurturing environment and encourages students to become independent and life long learners.
